[NOVOTEL PHU QUOC RESORT] Sales Coordinator - Điều phối viên Kinh doanh (Based in Phu Quoc)

Sales:
• Taking responsibility for Site inspection
• Sending daily report to Sales team
• Following up the contracts (receiving the contract from Sales/guests & submitting to so DOSM to sign, doing stamp on it & sending it back to Sales/guests..).
• Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to make the Banquet Event Order for small & simple events/meetings to send all departments.
• Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to finalize amount (Pro-forma invoice) & Chasing payment with the organizer of TA/ the end-user of Corp after group check out.
• Updating changes of Mice groups to relating departments after receiving hand-over groups from Sales HCM/HN.
• Providing the proposal quote of simple Events/Meeting (without rooms) for guests via email/phone.
• Welcoming & saying goodbye to Mice groups at the lobby.
Event:
Work closely with Food and Beverage Department to:
• Ensure everything is in order during the event planning process.
• Manage all event set up, tear down and follow-up processes.
• Maintain event budgets.
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.
• Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.
Other Responsibilities:
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
