Mô tả công việc
*Job Overview:
• This position will be in charge to drive the new launches of DRL medical nutrition portfolio in Vietnam. He/she will be responsible for shaping nutrition portfolio strategy, GTM model, market access approach to gain patient access to Dr. Reddy's medical nutrition products and ensure organizational readiness for potential pipeline opportunities.
• He/she will be accounting for developing marketing plan; leading FF and cross functional team to drive launch excellence from end to end (pre-launch to post-launch) and to ensure that all stakeholders/customers' needs and perspectives are considered, as well as prioritizing local plans and tactics to fast penetrate the market and achieve the desired result.
*Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies and roadmap to successfully launch new products, drive growth, increase market share and meet business objectives of medical nutrition portfolio.
• Identify targeted patient profile, manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, product positioning and pricing.
• Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including hospital channel, digital and trade, to build brand awareness and engage targeted HCPs and consumers.
• Develop and manage relationships with HCPs, key influencers and partners to maximize brand exposure and leverage strategic collaborations.
• Supervise the coordination and submission of the Sales forecast to the Logistic team to ensure optimal stock-planning and ensure the reporting of market information and competitor activities monthly are collected and evaluated.
• Develop trade marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive product distribution and increase sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market insights, identify patients/HCPs/customers' needs to shape brand positioning, messaging and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of marketing & sales initiatives.
• Lead Monthly Business Planning process for the nutrition business. Be close to the business and understand deeper dynamics of sales.
• Analyze market data, sales reports and consumer feedback to evaluate brand performance and adapt sales strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, market changes and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and adapt brand strategies accordingly.

Yêu cầu
*Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, marketing, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5-year experience in marketing management in nutrition or healthcare/OTC industry.
• Experience in successful product launches with hands on exposure to early patient access, affordability and market shaping initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of the nutrition industry, consumer behavior and medical marketing in hospital channel.
• Strategic and analytical skills and experience with revenue forecasting, budget/expense management, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to take initiatives, work independently and fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
