This position is responsible for sea freight import operation, billing, customer service and other tasks that are assigned by the KWE Australia to work toward company strategic objective.
► Import Operation & Job registration
- Check the documents, communicate with origin offices when necessary, and register the shipment in Cargowise.
- Prepare and submit Sea Cargo report (Manifest) and other documents such as Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Delivery Cartage, ...
- Transport arrangements through email and online portals
► Billing, Postings,
- Key selling & buying rates into the system.
- Customer service, Product Development Support
- Support core teams in Australia, including the Customer Service and Product Development teams, by following training and process guidance.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, KWE offices, and various stakeholders as required.
► Use Cargowise to update and obtain information.
► Any other tasks as required such as reporting, milestone updating, UFS+ related tasks
Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience
• Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, International Business, English language or other related majors.
• Min 1-2 years' experience in the international freight forwarding industry in operation or customer service position is essential, prefer to have experience of ocean import
• Proven experience of working in English speaking environment.
• Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task.
• Able to work overtime.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Experience of "CARGOWISE" is preferable.
• Ability to utilize office software efficiently, especially excel.
• Good typing and data entry skills are required.
• Good at analysis skills and logical thinking.
• Detail oriented especially for numbers.
• Adaptability to work in a culturally diversified environment.
• Strong team player and able to work with remote team.
• Excellent in English communication
• Ability to ultitask and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and can-do attitude is required for daily workload.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Working time: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:35 PM
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, 100% Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- WFH Policy: work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment
