Office Administration cum Receptionist

1. Office administration:
• Support to welcoming guests and attending reception area.
• Manage the tea lady to ensure the office is organized, tidy, and clean.
• Monitor office supplies (stationeries, snacks, mineral waters...) and place orders as needed, troubleshoot issues of office equipment as they arise.
2. Employee engagement activities:
• Plan and provide logistics for meetings, campaigns: tea break, activities and other administrative tasks etc;
• Plan and organize company internal events and activities (8/3, employee's birthday, year-end party, teambuilding,...) for employees.
• Other tasks as required by line manager.
