Office Administrator Cum HR Support Staff

Admin Tasks:
Manage and purchase assets, equipment, and office tools.
Receive letters, documents, parcels, etc,.. and distribute them to company departments.
Draft documents as required.
Check and monitor the payment of fixed expenses on time: electricity, water, office rent.
Order drinking water for office.
Resgiter and cancel motobike parking with the buiding management team.
Follow NSQ's Sim cards fee, VAT every month.
Follow Express fee every month
HR Tasks:
Timekeeping, follow Anual leave of NSQ employees.
Calculate salary, implement of procedure for social insurance, health insurance, and others form of insurance for NSQ's partners.
Look for new CV for positions in needed.
Arrange an interview with candiates.
Settle the interview calender.
Prepare laptop and handle it to new employee on the onboarding date.
Follow trade union of company.
Other assigned tasks from Manager.
