- Manage incoming calls, meeting rooms, office's documentary, invoices,...
- Deal with email enquiries from internal and external (both of vendors and customer)
- Manage the company's equipment, water, stationery, office supplies,...
- Compose dispatches, minutes, office's announcement
- Arrange internal and external events
- Other tasks arranged by Manager
- Detail will be discussed during the interview
- At least 6 months experience in the same situation
- Good appearance; female is preferred.
- Ability to handle a high pace and many moving parts at once
- Fluent English
- Have independent work skill and teamwork skill
