Officer, Digital Marketing

The candidate will be in charge of digital-related scope of work in Marketing team, collaborating with team members, internal departments, and marketing agency/partner to enhance brand awareness by the company's social media networks, website enhancement, and acquire leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to manage the content and layout of the official Shinhan Life website (shinhanlifevn.com.vn/) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Zalo OA, blogs, email marketing, etc.).
• Utilize Shinhan Life content across all platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Regularly update and optimize content on all owned media platforms.
Digital Marketing:
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns and lead performance initiatives.
• Evaluate and track the results of each campaign to ensure alignment with KPIs and manage agency performance.
• Propose new initiatives to enhance the user experience on Shinhan Life's social media platforms.
Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with graphic designers, the line manager, and internal departments to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and applications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to improve marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest customer insights, trends, and techniques in digital marketing.
Brand Consistency:
• Thoroughly understand Shinhan Life's brand guidelines and ensure all marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy.
Teamwork and Communication:
• Collaborate with team members to organize events and activate brand campaigns.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills (Vietnamese and English) with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and documentation related to marketing activities.
