Vietnam SuperPortTM is an 83-hectare, multi-modal logistics port located in Vinh Phuc province. A joint venture between Singapore's leading supply chain solutions company YCH Group and Vietnamese conglomerate T&T Group, it is the largest and first-of-itskind logistics infrastructure project spearheaded by a Singaporean company in Vietnam. It aims to enhance Vietnam's integration into global supply chains, reduce logistics costs, and boost the country's competitive edge in international trade.
Key responsibilities
As an Officer in Vietnam SuperPortTM, you will play an essential role in supporting various business functions within the company. Your responsibilities include business analysis, managing operational processes, strategic planning, and assisting in project management.
After 6 months, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop your capabilities and gain overseas working experience through EduRISE, a 9-month overseas attachment in Singapore.
EduRISE Programme
EduRISE is a 9-month Talent Development Programme for high-potential Vietnamese talents, led by YCH Group and conducted in conjunction with Vietnam SuperPortTM. It provides training and exposure under various developmental pathways in Singapore.
The structured programme aims to equip trainees with professional technical capabilities, business skills, and cultural agility through exclusive experiential learning and sharing best practices for supply chain solutions and logistics operations in the Singapore headquarters.
The timeline of the programme is as follows:
• 6-month work with Vietnam SuperPortTM in Vietnam from Oct 2024 to Apr 2025.
• 9-month training with YCH in Singapore from Apr 2025 to Jan 2026.
• From Feb 2026, deployment to Vietnam SuperPortTM, Singapore or other countries under an 18-month training bond.

Benefits during the attachment
The 9-month attachment package includes the respective benefits available for trainees.
The package consists of:
- Basic Salary of SGD 1,500/month
- To and return air tickets between the home country and Singapore at the start and end of the 9-month training.
- Accommodation will be provided throughout the attachment of 9 months.
- Other work- and performance-related allowances.
- Other Benefits, including medical, insurance, leave, etc.
