Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for monitoring the outsourcing payroll processing and ensuring payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate monthly SHUI contribution and on-time payment as regulated by Law.
• Manage employee claim and allowance payments from the Government Social Insurance fund and Company Health care insurance.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile.
• Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements Assist in drafting and execution of general C&B policies and procedures.
• Handle PIT finalization for local and expatriate individuals.
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding program.
• Provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers.
• Compile regular management reports and provide analysis and recommendations in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and policies.
• Assist in the Company's annual events.
• Provide administration support such as document scanning, file management, contract preparation, leave record maintenance, etc.
• Be responsible for legal documents of Expats such as work permits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu
• Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded.
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Literate in Microsoft Office programs.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
