II. Job Description
Talent Community Development
Contribute to the development and expansion of AVSE Global's talent network both domestically and internationally through activities such as:
Building and expanding potential talents, leveraging organization's branding;
Organizing internal and external networking/bonding events;
Managing talent data pool within the HR department's scope;
Participating in events to promote and enhance AVSE Global's brand among intellectual and business communities locally and globally.
Internal Training & Development
Proactively collaborate and take responsibility for developing and implementing training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Organize and deliver regular training programs along with analyzing and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance program quality.
Support the development of customized training programs for specific networks within the organization.
