We are seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist to join our recruitment team, both internally and for our platform's client outsourcing needs. This role is crucial in supporting the talent acquisition process by utilizing multiple recruiting platforms to attract and engage top candidates. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience while working together with the team to achieve company goals.
15 - 30 Mil VND Gross/Month
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads) targeting diverse talent pools.
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through social media and networking platforms; screening resumes and applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide support and gather feedback to improve the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities including preparation of new hire documentation.
2. HR Strategy & Operations:
Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring operational consistency and data integrity.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
3. Platform Support & Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, AI, UI/UX) to enhance platform features related to HR and recruitment.
Provide feedback on platform performance and suggest improvements to meet the needs of both internal and external users.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work
Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must Have:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of in-house recruitment and headhunting services.
Holding a Bachelor's degree at a top University.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Working-level proficiency in English
2. Nice to Have:
HCM-based preferred
