JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the general administration and implementation of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and the introduction of new product features, as well as other projects as required.
Responsible growth experiments in sales
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including data analytics and product development, to produce ideas and create an end-to-end growth strategy.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and execute crucial reports and analyses for the management team's project reporting and decision-making.
Collaborate alongside the creative and operations teams to execute marketing and communications plans.
Build partner relationships to drive increased adoption, ensure retention, and inject high levels of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of relevant experience in sectors such as marketing, sales, analytics, research, product development or customer success roles.
Graduated from university with majors in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or Information Technology
This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
Result-oriented
Intrinsically curious and keen to learn
Independent, self-motivated, organized, resourceful and meticulous
Good knowledge of Canva, social media management, and copywriting will be advantageous.
