POSITION: YOUTUBE NETWORK OPERATOR FRESHER
1. Key responsibilities:
Proactively update Youtube policies to the internal team and clients.
Monitor Youtube channels to detect and solve violations related to copyright, metadata, etc.
Improve customer support process with a customer-oriented attitude.
Solve clients' requests within 24h (via email, contact form, facebook).
Assist the IT team when the Operation team needs to deliver new content, create new features, or test new upgrades.
Assist other teams in managing clients' databases.
2. Requirements:
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Fresh graduate or 4th year student.
"Get sh*t done" spirit.
Radical integrity, shared responsibility and aims for excellent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Love music or having a law background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Staying updated with applicable music copyright laws & practices.
Handling legal processes and documents of the company.
Managing legal issues with relevant external agencies.
Acting as the legal consultant for customers and company on all legal issues including copyright service.
Research/advise on issues and areas requested by the internal team of the Company.
Building and nurturing good relationships with potential clients.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Fresh graduate or 4th-year Law student.
Have experience in at least one law practice unit.
Not request too much experience but must be a quick learner.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Eager to learn & grow willing to work hard.
Ability to endure work pressure.
