You will take responsibility for building, maintaining, and organizing multiple websites within a private infrastructure environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real AI-driven development workflows while collaborating with a global team.

Key Responsibilities
Build and support backend systems and applications
Use AI coding tools to speed up development
Work on real projects (not practice or theory)
Collaborate with a lead developer and team
Help improve and optimize workflows over time
Skills That Are Helpful (Not All Necessary):
Proven experience in programming/web development
Open to learning and using AI tools
Able to learn fast and adapt
Can follow instructions and execute cleanly
Tech stack is flexible - not a strict requirement.
JavaScript / PHP / backend experience
Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Claude, Manus, or similar
Background in Web Development is a MUST
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment - must have their own setup.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to deliver a fully functional and polished site independently
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
