- Strategic vision: see far ahead on GenAI trends, tools, and market direction
- Plan and drive GenAI product roadmap that improves business, generates revenue, and acquires users
- Strong team and project management - must excel at this
- Hands-on trading experience - not just theory:
- Python coding to pull market data from exchanges/APIs and organize it in a database
- Build and backtest trading algorithms (TA, FA, on-chain signals, portfolio logic)
- Deploy algorithms for real trading, not just paper trading
- Spend real time in the market with real capital - must have skin in the game and understand live execution, slippage, risk management, and emotional discipline
- Comfortable iterating between research → backtest → live → refinement
- Follow and evaluate emerging GenAI tools (Claude Code, agentic frameworks, etc.)
- Actively learn and experiment with new GenAI capabilities
- Ready to push together with the team near deadlines - this is team culture
- Documentation mindset: structured thinking, clear communication
Yêu cầu
- GenAI Tools - evaluate and select tools, drive adoption across team
- Finance Domain - deep: TA, FA, portfolio strategy, on-chain analysis; proven track record of trading own capital with documented strategies
- Trading Engineering - Python, data pipelines (REST/WebSocket APIs, exchange connectors), time-series databases, backtesting frameworks (e.g., vectorbt, backtrader, custom), live execution systems
- ML & GenAI - understand capabilities to guide product decisions
- Data Engineering, Backend/MLOps - aware, delegate effectively
