As an Online Content Executive/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing content projects across Con Cung's online platforms including SEO, product content, PR partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives in the mother and baby category.
You will take ownership of assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with both editorial guidelines and business objectives.
In this role, you are expected to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, while using data and user insights to continuously improve content performance and support sustainable growth.
This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, manages pressure without losing quality, and genuinely wants to grow - not just get through the day.
Key responsibilities
Project Management & Execution (25%)
Plan, manage, and execute content projects across multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project progress, flag blockers proactively, and adjust priorities based on business needs.
Monitor content performance and propose optimization plans based on data-driven insights.
SEO & Online Content Production (30%)
Research keywords, analyze search intent, and develop SEO-optimized content for the website and blog.
Upload, edit, and standardize Product Detail Pages (PDP) on Con Cung's platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency aligned with monthly campaigns.
Conduct ongoing research on user behavior, market trends, and competitor content to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and freelance writers to maintain content quality and editorial standards.
UGC & Influencer Seeding (35%)
Support the planning and execution of micro-influencer and seeding campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Brief
content creators, review deliverables for quality and brand compliance, and track campaign performance.
Collect and analyze UGC results to inform future campaign directions.
PR & Link Building (10%)
Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with media outlets, blogs, and content partners for guestpost and backlink placements.
Manage ongoing relationships with PR partners, track deliverables, and ensure content meets brand and SEO requirements.
Report on PR and backlink performance, providing insights for future planning.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO,
digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong foundation in at least one of the following: SEO/content writing or social/UGC - with demonstrated willingness to grow in other areas.
Resilient under pressure. Patient and detail-oriented
Actively seek feedback, learn from performance data, and push yourself to improve.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Data-literate - comfortable reading performance metrics and drawing actionable insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-directed and proactive - able to identify what needs to be done without being told.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or ecommerce CMS platforms.
Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or parenting/FMCG industries is an advantage.
