JOB DESCRIPTION
80° Recruitment Model: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing via LinkedIn/job portals, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support). Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Client & Account Coordination: Partner with Team Leaders and clients to understand hiring needs, submit qualified candidates, manage feedback, and maintain client relationships.
Performance & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment KPIs/targets, update ATS tracking systems, and generate recruitment reports.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in a Recruitment Agency environment.
Recruitment background is preferred.
Humble, willing to learn and share knowledge.
Good at English.
