JOB DESCRIPTION
We are particularly looking for fresh graduates, who want to build their careers in Data Research & Analysis.
What will you do?
Work together with the product / founding team to gather data via quantitative / qualitative research
A big part of your job will also need you to actively work on doing various kinds of analysis (many times would be manual task based) - to help answer tough questions - by gathering insights from the analysis and supporting the team with better decision making - essentially by giving them evidence or proving any hypothesis.

REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for?
Fresh graduates or 0-1 year experience, preferably currently studying courses in HR/ engineering.
Solid skills in using office tools, Google suites, and good communication skills
Individuals who want to build things from scratch and love dealing with ambiguity
Mindset of curiosity, by wanting to learn above and beyond their job description
Want to expand their working horizons beyond the local market only, and work with Global teams
Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
Identifying and attracting suitably qualified talents for Tech positions
Talent pipelining and including future talent identification
Self starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong communicator with good command of written and verbal English
