JOB DESCRIPTION
Support recruitment activities by managing candidate information, posting job openings on recruitment websites/SNS, and contacting candidates.
Review and screen candidate resumes to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
Assist in organizing engaging events to create a vibrant and enjoyable workplace for our young talents, including office parties, quarterly company gatherings, year-end celebrations, holiday events, company trips, sports clubs, and more.
Research and liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Support internal content creation and posting on company communication channels.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
Female, 3rd-year or final-year students.
Intermediate-level English skills ( reading & writing).
Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese.
Proficient in office computer skills and familiar with basic design tools.
Good planning and time management skills for multitasking.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-developing mindset.
Commitment to working hours: Minimum of 20 hours /week.
BENEFITS
Hourly rate: 35,000 VND/hour.
Flexible working hours within office hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (schedule can be adjusted to fit school schedule).
Provide support for parking fees.
