Position Overview
As a Marketing Intern, you will learn everything it takes to create a hyper-personalised experience for every customer by creating and delivering the right content at the right time. This position allows you to take full responsibility in managing TRG's social media, blogs, landing pages, emails, workflows and HubSpot contacts.
You will learn to research and plan marketing strategies, write persuasive content for emails and blogs to attract leads, and turn those potential leads into customers. What's more, you get to analyse the effectiveness of the strategy by generating visual reports.
Managing the company website and SEO is another important skill that you will experience during the internship, and it is very crucial if you are following the inbound/ digital marketing career. Are you experienced and responsible enough to take this exciting role?
Please note: This is an unpaid internship.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short and long-form videos, with a primary focus on shorts.
Edit videos including adding titles, transitions, and effects to enhance the viewing experience.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and understand the algorithms of social media platforms and YouTube.
Develop strategies to grow our channel and increase viewer engagement.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with the company's goals and brand.
Communicate clearly and effectively across the organization.
Deliver projects in a timely manner with good organizational skills.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms, especially YouTube.
Proficiency in creating and editing videos.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate well with a team and work independently when necessary.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro (preferred) or other video editing tools.
Experience with visual editing tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating compelling thumbnails.
A creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for video content.
