JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of MLO process: On-boarding and On-service for client.
On-boarding: Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and implement onboarding checklists.
On-service:
Build the customer success plan for each client after the onboarding process.
Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
Master in using EMVN Music Library and actively create playlists for clients based on their usages or create the playlists upon the demand.
Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process.
Handle the issue related to Youtube, Facebook, and Copyright during the service of the client.
Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
Keep updated on the policy of Youtube, Facebook, and Copyright to consult the client.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Fresh graduate or 4th year student.
Ability to work full-time

Monitor Youtube channels to detect and solve violations related to copyright, metadata, etc.
Improve customer support process with a customer-oriented attitude.
Solve clients' requests within 24h (via email, contact form, facebook).
Assist the IT team when the Operation team needs to deliver new content, create new features, or test new upgrades.
Assist other teams in managing clients' databases.
