About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our team in market research, documentation, client engagement, and event coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in business development activities, policy analysis, and sustainability initiatives, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to strategic projects.

Our focus is on companies with strong commitment to energy transition, including:
Factories produce global sports brands, aiming to adopt clean energy and sustainable practices.
Industrial gas producers are interested in exploring green hydrogen and low-carbon solutions as low or zero-carbon fuel supply
Businesses seek clean heat, steam, and green fuel solutions to reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Translation: Prepare reports, snapshots, and translate documents as required.
Newsletter & Updates: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual newsletters to keep clients informed about market developments, regulatory changes, and new collaboration opportunities.
Legal & Policy Analysis: Screen and summarize laws, review policies, and analyze market developments and regulatory changes.
Administrative Support: Scan, organize, and maintain project-related documents and files.
Client Engagement: Assist senior team members in client meetings and negotiations.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize celebration events, workshops, and client-focused activities to showcase achievements and provide knowledge on energy solutions, sustainability practices, and market trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Design, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure proposals, contracts, and marketing materials align with company standards and compliance requirements.
Who Thrives in This Role ?
The ideal candidate for the energy industry and this role should have:
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in international business economics, International Relation, Marketing & Communication, Energy Management, Industrial Management, Environment Management or related field.
Certain experience in Extracurricular clubs, student clubs, especially in energy or sustainability sectors
Certain level of understanding of renewable energy, energy efficiency, or power solutions for C&I clients is a plus point
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high-autonomy & discipline
Fluent in English is a must
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in international business/Relation, Industrial Management, Marketing & Communication, Energy management, Environment Management or related field.
Certain understanding in project coordinator, project execution, experience in the energy, sustainability, garment/textile, or electrical manufacturing sectors is a plus.
Basic understanding of renewable energy, energy efficiency is a plus point
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high autonomy
Willing to travel for business trips
