About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Website & Content Management Intern to join our dynamic Content Operations team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in website management, content creation, and digital marketing. The intern will support the marketing team in maintaining and enhancing our brand website while also contributing to content creation across various channels.
*This is a full-time internship, ideal for those passionate about digital marketing and seeking a career path in the industry. We also welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
1. Website Management
- Upload and update website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
- Assist with website administration tasks, such as managing user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring website functionality.
- Report website issues and bugs to the development team for resolution.
2. Content Creation
- Assist in the creation of engaging and informative content for various channels, including product descriptions, website copy, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development of product assortment content, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Contribute to the development of social media content, including captions, hashtags, and engaging visuals.
3. Online Branding Campaign Support
- Assist the manager in supporting online branding campaigns, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to the manager for optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft, Google, Lark,...)
- Creative and innovative thinking, with a good sense of content marketing.

Working hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 17:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (or work from home as per manager's discretion).
