What will you do as a Secretary & Project support Intern
Support Maritime DAG / expats / staffs in the performance of daily activities;
Plan, organize, and prepare for a meeting / an event if any;
Arrange bookings for tickets /hotels/ or visas when required for business trips;
Pay and claim office expenses;
Manage the schedule of drivers;
Undertake some other administrative tasks for projects such as translating, printing, stamping, scanning, and submitting to the Clients when requested.

The working location is our Ho Chi Minh Office: 6th Floor, Vista Tower, 628C Hanoi Highway, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
What You Bring
You are 3 rd or final-year student in Business Administration, English Linguistics or other related majors;
Be able to join full-time internship in 7 months;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Well organized, detail oriented, pro-active and willing to learn;
You are a team-player;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel,..).
