ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (Full-time remote)
Job description:
Manage task posting for team members and progress on BaseWework and external projects
Request, tracking, follow up payments, contracts, procedures
Handle administration tasks
Involve in ecommerce projects, do researches, reports
Contact suppliers, partners, support procedures for new projects
Assist the director in completing incurred tasks.
Note: professional tasks will have a specific training schedule
Job requirements:
Fresh Graduate
Majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
Good at researching, approaching new knowledges
Proficient in English
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google drives
Responsible, good at time management, problem solving, proactive
Able to handle multi-task, hard-working and eager to learn
Able to use photoshop, and picture editing is an advantage.

Tracking revenue, expenses, traffic, inventory, etc of seller accounts
