Job Description
Featurii is looking for an ambitious and talented
Sales Executive/Intern to join our company. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for the company's real estate service packages. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify and qualify leads, the Product team to relay customer feedback for product R&D, and the Sales team to present and close deals.
Upon joining Featurii, you will assume the following responsibilities:
Support the development of new product strategies to increase sales;
Spearheading new customer acquisition and conversion through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads;
Develop and present sales proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's real estate listing service packages;
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers;
Analyze sales funnels and develop strategies to improve customer experience to improve business performance;
Track and report on sales performance.
Our Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor's degree of Business, Finance, Marketing or related majors;
Have previous sales experience is a plus;
Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Self-motivated and results-oriented;
Conversant in English.
