The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO's subsidiary, opened 20 years ago,
where we have a market leader position in both Hospital and Pharmacy channels. You will join our
70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6-month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can
apply for the full time position up on his/her completion of the internship.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in event organizing including preparation for agenda, invitation letter, registration form & payment tracking for events (training, seminar, workshop, exhibition, advertising, fair, meeting, etc.) as well as keeping track of related logistics
- Assist marketing related activities such as quarterly gimmick plan, control samples and marketing materials stock
- Assist in payment process for Marketing team and follow up payment process for MKT & Sale team
- Assist in tracking of marketing expenditure reports and analysis
- Be a facilitator between Field Force, Marketing and other Business functions during ongoing projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skill, verbally and in written
- Good time management and organization skills with high attention to details
- MS Office proficient, especially PowerPoint C. Background
- Any Bachelors' degree, preferably Marketing, Pharmaceutical, etc.
- Candidates with no work experience are welcome to apply, as long as you demonstrate the required competencies through university projects, extracurricular activities.
