JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Marketing
Duration: 3 - 6months
Type of internship: Full-time - 30 hours/ week in person & 10 hours per week remote
Report to: Senior Marketing Executive - HCMC
Responsibilities: including but not limited to:
a. Social Media & Content Marketing
Execute content plans aligned with the strategy provided by the Senior Marketing Executive for Thảo Điền Campus on Sky International Preschool & Sky Play House channels (Facebook, Instagram).
Upload posts and update daily stories on social media.
Support drafting, posting, and evaluating campaign and periodical performance using available analytical tools.
b. Event Marketing
Handle mass communication to potential leads as assigned.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and event logistics.
Assist in event planning, preparation & experience
c. Media production
Produce media assets (video, photography) as assigned & create for social
Design posters and other materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
d. Digital Marketing
Create newsletters as assigned
Write SEO-friendly blog articles when assigned.
e. Marketing Logistics
Assist in preparing documents and tracking the marketing expense sheet accurately.
Assist in ordering Marketing Materials, Printings, and Merchandise
Support communication and coordination with partnership contacts (e.g., Chambers, organizations, vendors).
Assist in coordinating, placing, and maintaining POSMs at designated locations.

Job-related skills:
+ Marketing knowledge and skills: strong and up-to-date knowledge of Digital Content Marketing and/or Branding with proven experience.
+ Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
+ Technical Literacy (by priority): G Suite, Meta Business Suite, Excel, Word, Canva, Adobe Creative
