RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and ensure that employees are following procurement policies.
Train and guide employees and vendors on utilizing Coupa for the procure-to-pay process.
Set up and maintain vendor master files in NetSuite and Coupa.
Organize and maintain accounts payable by the shared mailbox, and files, including paper and electronic invoices.
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders (PO) in a timely manner.
Ensure non-PO invoices entered are coded accurately and routed for approval in a timely manner.
Review and update coding for all credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements in Coupa.
Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Deliver dependable customer service to both employees and vendors.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 01 year of accounts payable experience.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Coupa and Coupa Treasury, or other Procure-to-Pay software.
Experience with BlackLine for tasks and account reconciliations.
