Purposes of Job
Helping teachers and supporting students during lessons
Working with small groups of students to enhance the learning process
Providing individual attention to students during individual and group sessions
Cultivate a positive, organized learning atmospherea by maintaining a fun and interactive classroom that is organized, developmentally appropriate and engaging
Follow and uphold school rules and standards, ensuring all activities, services, and programs are conducted in a manner that is sensitive to, and shows respect for, cultural and ethnic diversity
Safely supervise students in and out of the classroom, following all guidelines and implementing all school standards with the guidance of the classroom teacher
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate and be present in an online course, meeting student needs and school expectations for teacher presence, and assisting the teacher to make sure no technical errors during class.
Assist the teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing and maintaining materials and resources, and grading tests and homework in blended courses.
Verify and track attendance of students, observe student performance, contribute to reports, and maintain records as required
Lead small-group instruction and discussion, providing support, as appropriate, for students with communication and interaction difficulties, cognition and learning difficulties, and other behavioral, emotional, and social developmental issues
Personal Specification
Knowledge and Experience
Good in verbal and written English
Previous experience or knowledge of working with students for whom English is not their first language
Experience of working with children
Be a university's student
Other Requirements
Available in the evening classes
Having an own laptop or computer fully equipped with camera and microphone
Salary rate: 40.000 VND per hour
