About This Role

We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (Part-time) to join our Customer Relations and Insights team, to grow Glints' brand presence in Vietnam and support the company's products through various customer support channels.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for providing practical and prompt solutions to the customer and delivering WOW! Service champion to every customer engagement. With your passion and enthusiasm in customer relations as a frontliner team to serve Glints customers, you will provide great insights on our customer's needs and implement best practices to achieve the best results in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
In this role, you will
Responsible for customer needs through live chat, social media, and email.
Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Who We Are Looking For
0-1 year of experience in customer service/contact center (non-voice), fresh graduates are welcome.
Can commit fixed part time working hour: 5 hours/day (10 AM - 4PM, 1 hour break included)
Good command of English and Vietnamese (Both verbal and writing)
Minimal Diploma from any major.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Nice to have familiarity with CRM systems and practices tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, and ZohoEmpathetic and stress tolerance
A team player, but also a self-starter
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
