Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and assess the quality of daily user-generated content, staying updated with local trends and popular themes in Vietnam to capture real-time insights into local user preferences to ensure that content aligns with regional interests and cultural nuances.
2. Responsible for the category operation (mostly focus on movie/series), including the number of good quality videos, content consumption and user's retention
3. Content Strategy Optimization - Develop and implement content strategies based on data analysis, identifying high-quality content and guiding creators on best practices for producing engaging UGC videos tailored to local audiences.
4. Managing operation of voice chat room for Vietnam Market
5. Build and manage relationships with content creators in the Vietnamese market. Increase the number of active creators by onboarding new talent, providing operational support, maintaining and guiding creators on content improvement to boost video quality and audience engagement.
6. Any other general UGC Operation-related work and/or projects
Requirements:
1. Know about network and internet operations, understand local trends, culture, and language, having experience with voice chat rooms is a plus.
2. Able to speak in Vietnamese language to effectively communicate with local creators and audiences
3. Able to speak English within the working environment
4. This role is remote (WFH), with the flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
