1. Responsibilities:
Establishing and refreshing the team's opportunity roadmap based on research around users needs, external trends and business priorities. Managing stakeholders; influencing and shaping stakeholders' objectives. Working with senior leaders to support a future vision and priorities.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities. Qualifying, planning and executing a variety of research methodologies.
You have experience in core service design methods and end-end processes
Working closely with the Product Manager in the 'Solve' phase to shape the product proposition, including the product vision, key objectives and MVP definition.
Managing the discovery process along with the PM and sharing progress with program leadership.
Depth of experience in user experience, design research, service design and design strategy
Passion for creating new methods and practices
2. Requirements:
Experience in UX and/or digital design
Creative problem-solving skills and a curious mind Superior knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in a related subject area: Human Factors, Computer Science with specialty in User Interface Design, Graphical Design or equivalent
Deep understanding of the design-thinking methodology and practical knowledge of human-centered design
Strong listening, leadership, communication and influencing skills
Strategic thinker who is value-driven (outcomes over solutions)
Experience shaping a product vision and value proposition
