1. Responsibilities:
Your mission is primarily in charge of ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently in one of our Sub-networks (Public Policy, Global Economy, Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship/Innovation).
Prepare all organizational aspects for our conference (website, travel plans, design booklet...) and be present during the dates of the conference.
Organize meetings and follow-up tasks during the year for different activities of the sub-network
Assist sub-network's leader to ensure the sub-network's operational excellence and development.
2.Qualifications/requirements
PhD/Master Students with strong aspiration towards an academic career.
Master Project Management skills for operational excellence.
Coordination skills to ensure all tasks are delivered on-time.
Knowledge and expertise in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.
Have a commitment of at least 12 months for the project.
