Về G-College:
Một tổ chức giáo dục phi lợi nhuận truyền cảm hứng, trao quyền và tạo điều kiện cho học sinh Việt Nam đăng ký vào các trường đại học và tập đoàn hàng đầu ở nước ngoài.
G-College bao gồm 3 trụ cột kinh doanh: G-College Singapore (dành cho học sinh cuối cấp theo học bậc đại học tại Singapore), G-College Young Scholars (dành cho học sinh trung học cơ sở & phụ huynh theo học ở nước ngoài) và G-College Global Careers (dành cho sinh viên đại học tìm kiếm cơ hội làm việc ở nước ngoài).
Kể từ năm 2015, G-College đã mở rộng thành công từ chỉ một lớp học ngoại tuyến ở một thành phố sang các lớp học ảo trên khắp Việt Nam và Singapore, thành một mạng lưới rộng khắp của sinh viên và cố vấn trên khắp Châu Á và Châu Âu (Việt Nam, Thái Lan, Nhật Bản, Đức, Hà Lan, Hoa Kỳ, hay Vương quốc Anh).

Support the Head of Partnership & Founder in shaping the strategic plan to expand the Mentor Network for G-college in 2021 & beyond.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the expansion strategy
Strategy, including creating multi-faceted strategies for various consumer-facing channels
Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies including websites, blogs, social media posts, and interaction with platform followers
Public relations managing things like events, networking, press releases, and organisation announcements to build community and boost brand awareness
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
Analytics to track and measure website and social media engagement

Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Business/Management, Economics, Marketing
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Prior experiences in project management, preferably with Growth, Market Expansion or Product / Business Development or Content Marketing projects
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a hands-on, can-do attitude

Negotiate & persuade prospective leads to join G-college Mentor Network
Support the senior business development manager to reach sales target
Support the senior business development manager & Strategic Expansion Manager in increasing sales efficiencies and expansion strategies

Leadership: lead the content marketing team of 4-5 members to build holistic and comprehensive branding & content marketing strategies for G-college
Content marketing: understand business needs and priorities, thereby creating strategic content marketing plans with compelling and relevant stories for the audience. The goal is to increase organic traffic to the Business's Facebook Page and Group, hence sustaining long-term interest and engagement with the customers.
Brand marketing: understand business needs and priorities, thereby creating strategic branding events and activities that target the right customer groups. The goal is to promote G-college services to the audience and effectively convert visitors to customers.
Training: conduct relevant training and knowledge sharing to ensure all team members are equipped with marketing skills adequately to fulfill their jobs
Team engagement: work closely with Business owners and HR teams to ensure a high satisfaction level among marketing team members

Lập kế hoạch quản lý sản phẩm chính của G-college Global Career
Vận hành và triển khai chương trình
Tham gia tuyển sinh cùng Business Owner.
Vận hành chương trình theo kế hoạch đã định ví dụ: chuẩn bị tài liệu phục vụ bài giảng trên Google Drive, Google Classroom, Youtube, v..v..
Kiểm tra, kiểm soát tiến độ của học viên và lên kế hoạch chăm sóc và đôn đốc
Báo cáo về kết quả xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo, kết quả giảng dạy
Tham gia các khóa đào tạo kỹ năng mềm cần thiết của G-college
Cam kết hoạt động chính thức với G-College ít nhất 1 năm
