Reports to: Partnership Strategy and Development Manager
Location: Remote/Volunteer Position
The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the partnership development team at STEAM for Vietnam. This role involves assisting in the coordination of partnership activities, managing communication with partners, and ensuring that partnership initiatives are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Coordination:
Assist in coordinating partnership activities, including meetings, events, and joint initiatives.
Maintain and update records of partnership agreements, communications, and activities to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnership deliverables are met on time and to the expected standard.
Communication Management:
Serve as a point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Prepare and distribute communication materials, such as partnership updates, newsletters, and reports, to keep partners informed and engaged.
Support the preparation of presentations and materials for partner meetings and events.
Administrative Support:
Manage the scheduling and logistics of partnership-related meetings, including coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, agreements, and reports, ensuring that all documents are accurate and complete.
Maintain organized records and files related to partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
Event and Program Support:
Support the planning and execution of partnership-related events, workshops, and programs.
Coordinate logistics, such as venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Assist in the follow-up activities after events, including gathering feedback and compiling reports.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes to keep the Strategic and Business Development Manager informed.
Document key partnership milestones and successes to support future partnership development efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership agreements, activities, and communications.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline partnership coordination processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the partnership development team to implement process improvements and share best practices.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall partnership experience for both internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in partnership management or administrative support is a plus.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a non-profit, start-up, or educational organization.
Familiarity with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education sector.
