Operation Executive

- Handle project & Oil & Gas cargo mainly.
- Check freight cost and other service required by customers and agents.
- Dailly contact with agents, vendors, customers to handle cargo smoothly.
- Dailly operation with FAST system to monitor shipments.
- Follow instructions from HQ and BOD.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Provide pricing, customer service and documentation for general freight forwarding shipments, both free-hand and import nominated shipments.
- Take care of current and new customers.
- Follow up shipments from beginning until completion.
- Import shipment data into FAST system.
- Get freight rates and inland costs from shipping lines/ airlines/ co-loaders/ vendors and overseas agents.
- Preparing & sending quotation to free-hand customers also overseas agents.
- Handle bookings from customers.
- Arrange documentation relate to shipments such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Instruction, Manifest, Arrival Notice and Delivery Order.
- Arrange Debit Note to customer and payment to shipping lines/ airlines/ co-loaders/ vendors and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to follow up payments.
- Support colleague to handle shipments of Oilfield and Project Service when required.
