Mô tả Công việc
• Annually supervise the strategic planning and budgeting processes pertaining to operations and maintenance.
• Regular surveillance and evaluation of policies and systems to ascertain their continued applicability; implement modifications as required to enhance the processes and procedures of property management.
• Manage cyclical enhancement and repair projects, supervise the management of minor capital projects, and manage term contracts.
• Oversee the management of contractors who provide a variety of services at our properties and oversee security management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between regulatory authorities and tenants, manage and coordinate the resolution of complaints, and advise the on-site staff on how to resolve issues with direction and expertise.
• Offer resolutions to obstacles encountered by the group and guarantee comprehensive adherence to regulatory obligations, including but not limited to the Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Oversee the implementation of system audits and the plan, investigate the possibility of continuous process improvements, and guarantee timely management reporting.
• Undertake additional tasks that are assigned by management that are related.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Hold a degree in commercial building, real estate, facilities management, or a similar engineering field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience and expertise of all stages of property management, including the procurement of property management services.
• Have extensive understanding of M&E systems and building services.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be advantageous.
• Excellent team player with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Demonstrates good leadership and project management abilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• The ability to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and manage operations and projects in a fast-paced workplace.
• Set a good example by encouraging positive thinking within the team to improve the working environment.
• A high level of ethics code.
