Mô tả công việc

Lead the operation team for air, sea, export and import from A to Z.
Handle customers' enquiries, quotations and overseas agents' correspondence and offering solutions.
Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company's.
Requirements and customer's standard operating procedures.
Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation.
Updating freight from carrier/airline/co-loader.
Updating weekly report(volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.).
Check SOA with agency(domestic/oversea).
Cross check all quotation made by operation staff.(especially for D term).
Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible.
Update complain from customer to Korean manager based on weekly.
Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time.
Number of recruitment: 2 employees

Yêu cầu

Specialized skill and experienced for Logistics experience.
Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill) and computer skills (Microsoft office).
Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately.
University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine...
Experience request: Have more than 3-5 year experience in logistics company.
Teamwork spirit.
Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
Good health and work under high pressure.
