Mô tả công việc

- Overall management of the company's freight forwarding business; establishing a safe, stable, and smooth management and operation system;
- Contact customers frequently and maintain close relationship;
- Propose long-term strategies and annual business work plans; achieve business and management indicators.
- Daily workflow management, performance evaluation of the employees; in charge of teambuilding and backbone training.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
- Provide quotation for customer requirements.
- Making customs declaration procedures professional (especially transit cargo). Submit manifest for shipping line, apply for transit permit with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, make quotes quickly and accurately to promptly provide to customers, manage empty containers returns accurate and reasonable way to avoid incurring unnecessary fees.
- Good ability to negotiate related costs.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher majoring in management, logistics, supply chains.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
