Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement operational strategies and

Ensure all projects and business activities are executed on schedule and achieve the highest KPIs.
Operational Management:
Oversee and manage all company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of the operations team.
Build a professional workforce that meets the company's growth needs.
Financial and Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring effective cost utilization.
Analyze and monitor financial metrics to evaluate performance and implement necessary adjustments.
Performance Reporting:
Monitor and provide periodic reports on operational performance to the CEO and stakeholders.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic and Project Support:
Participate in strategic planning and assist in implementing major company projects as directed by the CEO and stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other duties assigned by the CEO and the leadership team.
Experience and Expertise:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager (COO/OM) or 3 years as a
project manager in the SEO/
Digital Marketing industry.
Deep understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and operations management.

Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
