JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Purchasing and inventory planning
Cooperate with Sales/sales support team to get customer demand forecast analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation
Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms
Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget
Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/ delivery/ quality issue
2. Warehouse and Logistics controlling
Corporate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance...)
Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import- export procedure in time and efficiently
Finding suitable forwarder, control relating fee/cost
Supervise /instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation.
3. Other task as to be assigned
REQUIREMENT
Strong education background with at least a Bacheor's Degree, major in Economy and Business administrative is preferable
Two years and above of relation experience
Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English
Good work ethics, capacity to learn and adapt to changing at work
Careful and detail-oreiented, with a strong focus on accuracy
Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management.
