Operation Supervisor

- Handle documentation for all shipments import- export both sea & air, trucking shipments from get booking until close a file.
- Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, make payment...) to finish the import-export process.
- Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, and co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co-loader.
- Receive information from foreign agents, domestic customers, and colleagues in the company to quote door-to-door costs (including shipping charges, loading, inspection, and import license..., depending on the different requests)
- Handle consolidation cargo (if any)
- Co-operate reasonably with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies...) to provide good service to customers & also avoid any trouble.
- Customer service carefully
- Response and discuss with customers some information related to shipments such as cost incurred, missing documents...
- Effectively solve customers' complaints (if any). Connect closely to customers to avoid/to solve any problem (if any)
- Check rate and serve for bidding. Collect and check rate: ocean freight/air freight/trucking rate/customs rate to make sure the best rate for bidding
- Report to Director for any irregularity
- Check Customs conditions for all kinds of shipments (import/export, sea/air)
- Monitor Value added services (customs, trucking, others) activities to ensure that shipments are arranged and delivered on time
- Well-coordinate with all related parties at different locations to ensure appropriate & timely actions
- Manage service performance & KPIs; providing action plans for further improvement
- Other jobs as per BOD's requirements.
