Mô tả Công việc
- Executes tasks and projects within the Operational Excellence program which coordinating Plant Development plans to support business goals and business strategy.
- Implements optimal Product Family definition, Value Stream Map, and Structured Activities to achieve the end-to-end improvement in entire Production System.
- Promotes Best-Practices implementation, sharing, and trainings to foster the culture of excellence and Continuous Improvement.
- Supports the establishment and alignment on metrics measuring Plant Development for cross team to track and drive the goals.
- Work with strong collaboration with global networks as well as local functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering on the corporate Operational Excellence framework, practices, process and progression. Plays the lead role in the Operational Excellence journey of local factory, supports functional teams to set, run, and achieve their excellence goals.
- Applies industrial benchmark methodologies, advanced technologies and data analytics in identifying opportunities and driving operational improvements.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines with equivalent years of directly related experiences
Minimum three-years experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational/ Production Management in Tools Assembly/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical manufacturing and/or an equivalent industrial environment
Familiar with in project/ program management in Operational Excellences, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement. Having Greenbelt Six sigma certification and experience is a plus.
Familiar with Value Stream Mapping and Design. Ability to succeed in Process Analytics, Process-mining via leveraging Statistical and Simulation Software, and/or Minitab...
