Operational Excellence Engineer

Cost saving & Continuous Improvement projects: Initiate, identify, plan, collaborate/execute for all activities about Cost Saving projects Implementation and other continuous improvement projects include, but are not limited to SQDC+ KPIs improvement, LEAN & Six sigma tool application. Collaborate with Global/CoE to deploy global improvement projects (capacity improvement, Hoshin Kanri deployment, strategic projects, sharing expertise...). Encourage cost saving & continuos improvement culture in B.Braun Vietnam
Kaizen events & LEAN Six sigma tools application: Initiate, identify, plan, collaborate/execute the Kaizen events throughout company, which utilize LEAN Six sigma tools (include but not limited to A3 Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, VSM/Makigami, TPM, Standard Work, KANBAN, DMAIC...) to deliver SQDC+ targets & strengthen Lean culture. Collaborate/participate into Global leadership programs (Kaizen Leadership, KATA leadership program, Global Bootcamp...)
Training, mentoring, assessment & Communication: Provides instruction, mentoring & training to employees on the use and practice of Lean SIx Sigma methodologies and tools in any improvement projects. Initiate, plan, collaborate/execute for communication about best practices sharing between B.Braun VietNam & Global/CoE, OPEX training plan, recognation programs,...
Standardization & Visualization, Reporting, Digitalization: Regularly reports performance indicators and achievement of business objectives to related stakeholders (local/global), ensure timely and accurate data updates. Create/update work instructions, SOPs, standard templates, maintain & manage department documents. Self-Learning Continuously for new digital tools (power BI, power Apps, SQL, python, AI...) to research, test, define suitable solutions & implement digital & smart manufacturing roadmap to optimize process flow & eliminate wastes. Support operational team to fix issues related to digital platform & system.
