Operations Executive

Then we might be looking for you. We are looking for a new Operations Executive to join our team in Vietnam reporting to the Operations Team Leader. You will be responsible for effective operational execution.
What will you do?
• You will arrange and monitor the transportation and movement of goods to agreed designated geographical regions;
• You will ensure data accuracy in FLOW and perform weekly data quality checks report;
• You will perform invoicing process, monitor the quality and accuracy of all financial files within your responsibility to maximise the gross margin;
• You will arrange bookings and transshipment in line with the Company's service commitments and customer's needs;
• You will arrange container stuffing and un-stuffing arrangements and communication with container freight station;
• You will prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, delivery order, etc) and ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation;
• You will respond to customer's & EHO/IHO's requests in a timely manner. You will provide prompt, efficient and regular communication with customers, overseas offices and service providers on all aspects of their orders/bookings;
• You will be proactive in your response regarding service issues by planning and finding alternative solutions to enhance our customer's needs and to improve competitiveness and profitability;
• You will ensure your knowledge is kept up to date on Customs requirements, transport legislation, market information, etc.
