Mô tả công việc
Managing both internal & external operations relate to all distribution works in the Company:
- Create Process & Procedures set up across departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensures Operations achieves Ready to Ship Release and transactions into production/sustaining.
- Drives action plans and strategies to reduce overall manufacturing transformation cost.
- Drives quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the demand, inventory order, delivery, customer service and manufacturing processes.
- Drives continuous improvement in Operation process, product manufacturability and flexibility, and operations cycle time and quality.
- IT Integration of all Operations Management.
- Manages Operation & Logistics team (Customer Service, Delivery Man, Storekeeper, Technical).
- KPI define, measuring and tracking.
- Performance Tracking & GM Reporting.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the GM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of Logistics working experience, prefer in alcohol and liquor.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Advance computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Advance English in communication.
