A brand-new venue of its kind in Hanoi. Lalina offers a clean, safe and fun environment for kids to play together. Parents can meet with family and friends, or simply relax and enjoy their own time. Complimented with a premium restaurant and café menu offering, we're creating a place and space for family time, however the customer chooses.



We are looking for an operational hands on leader who can help grow the business, take care of its team and its guests.



JOB SUMMARY

In coordination with the General Director on all aspects, works as the operational/day to day leader of the venue with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including

- Guest satisfaction and service strategy, ensuring the venue is the number one preferred venue of its type.

- Human resources, including performance and employee satisfaction

- Generating sales and revenue

- Appropriate marketing

- Financial performance, delivering profitable results



The Operations Manager will also

- Review and adjust actions to ensure the objectives and goals of the company are on track to achieve.

- Builds owner loyalty through transparency, proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering business results.

- Be actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships.

- Support the Company's Mission Statement and Goals.

- Be a role model demonstrating the Company's core values to others.

- Provide support to Company leadership with all requests deemed reasonable
