As a
Project Manager within OnPoint's Operations PMO, you will drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic operations initiatives across the business. You will work closely with department leaders, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into structured project plans, ensure on-time delivery, and build a culture of operational excellence.
• Assess current operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operating profit.
• Translate business objectives and functional plans into clearly defined project scopes, milestones, and deliverables supported by structured analysis.
• Identify and document business pain points and requirements through stakeholder engagement; align solutions with operations leaders, brand partners, and vendor/solution providers.
• Own and manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning through execution, pilot, and launch, applying a structured, human-centered approach to both customer and employee experience improvements.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including timelines, risk logs, RAID trackers, and status reporting, to ensure full portfolio visibility.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure project impact and operational outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and escalations; facilitate trade-off decisions across features, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement across the PMO by standardizing processes, templates, and best practices.
