As a
Project Manager within OnPoint's Operations PMO, you will drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic operations initiatives across the business. You will work closely with department leaders, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into structured project plans, ensure on-time delivery, and build a culture of operational excellence.
• Assess current operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operating profit.
• Translate business objectives and functional plans into clearly defined project scopes, milestones, and deliverables supported by structured analysis.
• Identify and document business pain points and requirements through stakeholder engagement; align solutions with operations leaders, brand partners, and vendor/solution providers.
• Own and manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning through execution, pilot, and launch, applying a structured, human-centered approach to both customer and employee experience improvements.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including timelines, risk logs, RAID trackers, and status reporting, to ensure full portfolio visibility.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure project impact and operational outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and escalations; facilitate trade-off decisions across features, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement across the PMO by standardizing processes, templates, and best practices.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, operations, or business analysis roles, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to validate assumptions, track progress, and measure outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with PMO governance frameworks, project portfolio management, and structured reporting.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; able to apply the right approach based on project context.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve operational issues, and drive structured problem-solving with stakeholders.
• Experience working with data product development, process optimization, or operations management systems is a plus.
